Binod Sinha
Binod Sinha is a development professional works primarily on the rights of marginalized sections including Dalit, Tribal, women and children. He possesses an experience of 18 years in development field. He is a Post Graduate from Indian Institute of Rural Development, Jaipur. He worked in different roles in reputed development organizations including Aide-et-Action International- South Asia, Oxfam India, Action Aid etc. He has been part of education and health network in Uttar Pradesh and at National Level and managed awareness campaigns on health and education in multiple states.

Devidayal
Devi Dayal is a social worker in Bundelkhand region of Uttar Pradesh working primarily in Banada and Chitrakoot. Devi Dayal is a graduate from Bundelkhand university. He possesses an experience of 34 years in the development field. He primarily works on the rights of Dalit and Tribal communities in Bundelkhand region. He started working in the field of development at Chitrakoot by associating with ‘Akhil Bhartiya Samaj Sewa Sansthan’ as volunteer and then worked in different development organizations. He worked on the issue of Dalit rights (ST/SC POA), land rights, women empowerment, education, health etc. Being from Dalit community he has seen caste-based discrimination and atrocities on Dalit communities from his childhood and now organizing Dalti communities against any form of discrimination and atrocities.

Keshkali Verma
Keshkali is a Dalit women leader and Dalit right defender from Kandohara, Banda. She is the president of School Management Committee (SMC) in the Composite School, Kandohara (Banda) of her panchayat since past five years and working for the education of children. She is a member of Block Level Coordination Committee (BLCC) in Naraini block, Banda. She is a member of Gram Sangathan at Kandohara village and working on the issues of citizen in her village. She manages a Self-Help Group (SHG) and serving as president of the group. Keshkali is secretary of Cluster Level Federation (CLM); Chetna Prerna Mahila Sankul Sangh, Badausa formed under National Rural Livelihood Mission (NRLM) to work on the livelihood of women’s group. She monitors the livelihood work of women of 22 Gram Panchayats. She is also serving as board of director Bundeli Mahila Farmer Producers Company, Naraini and supporting women in their livelihood activities. She also works on the issue of gender and caste-based discrimination and atrocities against Dalit communities especially women and girls.
